Terms & Conditions

The terms that govern your use of this website and our guided fishing trips.

Last updated: July 27, 2026

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using our website or booking a guided fishing trip. They set out the rules for using this site and the terms that apply to trips with Fish Intimidators.

01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or booking a trip with Fish Intimidators (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or book a trip. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients.

02Our Services

Fish Intimidators provides guided sport-fishing trips on the Columbia River, Snake River, and surrounding waters of the Pacific Northwest. Trip details, target species, seasons, and rates described on this site are provided for general information and may change based on conditions, regulations, and availability.

03Booking, Deposits & Payment

Trips are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis and are not confirmed until we have communicated confirmation to you directly. A deposit may be required to hold your date, with the balance due on or before the day of your trip unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Rates listed on this website are estimates and subject to change. The rate quoted at the time we confirm your booking is the rate that applies.

04Cancellations, Weather & Rescheduling

Fishing depends on weather, water, and safety conditions outside our control. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a trip when conditions make fishing unsafe or unproductive. In that event we will work with you to reschedule or, at our discretion, provide a refund of any deposit.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible. Deposit refunds for client-initiated cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis and may depend on how much notice we receive.

05Fishing Licenses & Regulations

Each angler is responsible for holding a valid fishing license and any required endorsements or catch-record cards for the state(s) in which we fish. You agree to comply with all applicable Washington and Oregon fish and wildlife regulations, including season dates, bag limits, size limits, and gear restrictions. We are not responsible for citations or penalties resulting from a client fishing without proper licensing.

06Assumption of Risk

Fishing and boating involve inherent risks, including but not limited to moving water, weather, watercraft operation, hooks and tackle, slips and falls, and wildlife. By booking and participating in a trip, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume these risks on behalf of yourself and any minors in your party.

You agree to follow all safety instructions given by your guide, including the use of personal flotation devices. We reserve the right to end a trip without refund if a client's conduct endangers themselves, other guests, or the crew.

07Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fish Intimidators and its guides shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for personal injury, illness, or loss of or damage to personal property, arising from participation in a trip or use of this website, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

08Website Content & Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, logos, photographs, and graphics — is the property of Fish Intimidators or used with permission, and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

09Third-Party Links

This site may link to third-party websites or services (such as social media). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties, and linking does not imply endorsement.

10Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or a trip shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Washington.

11Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page, and the “Last updated” date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the site or our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
